Stampede Aerospace is a U.S.-based manufacturing division of Stampede Die Corp, dedicated exclusively to the aerospace industry. Certified to AS9100 standards and operating under ITAR registration and CMMC-compliant cybersecurity controls, we support both commercial and defense aerospace programs.
Our team specializes in precision machining of flight-critical components, subassemblies, and complex aerospace structures. What We Do
Stampede Aerospace delivers precision-machined components, subassemblies, and tooling solutions for aerospace platforms ranging from commercial aircraft to military systems. Our capabilities include 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining, tight-tolerance milling and turning, and the integration of build-to-print assemblies.
We support both prototype development and full-rate production, working with aerospace-grade materials including aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and nickel-based superalloys. All work is performed to strict dimensional, surface, and traceability standards, with controlled processes, full documentation, first article inspection (FAI), and compliance with AS9102 and customer-specific flow-downs.
